About Solaya

I was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, on April 21, 1954. My native language is French. Both my mother and father were very dedicated parents to my two brothers, my sister, and me. They were supportive and loving. Living out in the country, surrounded by nature's beauty, taught me great respect for every life form: people, animals, plants, and minerals. I became a vegetarian out of love and reverence for all beings. I left Quebec when I was 18 years old to explore new horizons and encounter new cultures. Traveling has been an incredible learning experience and has contributed largely to my intuitive development.

My first travel experiences were in Europe and North Africa where I became enchanted with the people, culture, geography, architecture, smells, and colors. I loved simply walking through the markets, talking, bargaining, and drinking mint tea, their favorite beverage. I had the great fortune of making friends everywhere I went and appreciated the kindness of all those beautiful beings who were my life teachers.

I pursued my travels through all of Central and South America. In Mexico, I met a powerful woman who was a true Taroist. She introduced me to the magical path of the intuitive arts. She would read the Tarot in English, and I would translate to the natives in Spanish. We had a great partnership that lasted close to a year. By the time our traveling paths separated, I was able to read the Tarot by myself, and she spoke very good Spanish. My heart is full when I think of her. She taught me more than just the techniques of the Tarot: she filled me with a passion for spiritual development. Since I started reading the Tarot professionally in 1975, my 25-plus years of experience has extended to reading in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

The Three of Cups

Journeying in many different countries has taught me to follow my sixth sense. The intensity and velocity of unexpected situations have led me to tap into my intuition and develop it through my daily activities. I traveled throughout Central and South America, reading Tarot cards, playing music, and meeting wonderful people.

I have been living in United States for the past 15 years. I am trained to channel "Spirit Energy Guidance," which is a pure and powerful connection to the higher self. Through my training I learned to put aside the "ego" or personality and allow the flow of consciousness to come forth. This helps to unload blocks and burdens, restoring peace and strength within. Spirit Energy Guidance is a serene, simple, yet powerful consultation that I have included in my practice since 1992.

Today, as I close my eyes, I see the world with the eyes of my heart.
